Where typical heavy salves rest on top of irritated tissue, 16 is built as a true whipped oil-in-water emulsion. This advanced formulation delivers immediate, bio-compatible water hydration deep into the epidermis before sealing the barrier with an airy, non-greasy lipid shield.
The formula begins with a base of soothing aloe vera juice, pure distilled water, and vegetable glycerin to quench deep inflammation and restore cellular hydration. Suspended within this hydric matrix is in-house rendered, deodorized beef tallow derived from Massachusetts partner farms. Winterized and fractionated by hand, our grass-fed tallow delivers an abundance of bio-identical vitamins A, D, E, and K that mimic the natural lipid balance of healthy human sebum.
