Läka — Whipped Tallow Healing Lotion

$19.00Price
Quantity

Läka is the old word for mending, and this is the jar you reach for at the end of a long day.

Grass-fed tallow rendered from local suet is whipped with cupuaçu butter and our house oil blend until it stops being a balm and turns to cream. Manuka honey draws moisture in, a trace of beeswax gives it body, and arrowroot takes the finish dry so nothing sits on the surface.

The scent is cold spruce and clary sage over a soft musk — a walk through wet woods, not a perfume.

Hands, elbows, shins, anywhere the weather finds you. A little goes further than it looks.

Hand-poured in small batches in Topsfield, Massachusetts. 2 oz glass jar.
